Jennifer Ritchie – Director

Jennifer is a qualified human resources practitioner with over 15 years experience in the field working across the resources industry in Queensland and Western Australia and more recently for a government owned corporation in Darwin, Northern Territory. She has worked for both multi-national blue-chip organisations and small companies in both the private and public sectors.

Jennifer has an in-depth understanding of contemporary human resource practice, underpinned by her formal qualifications including a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources and Marketing) from the University of Southern Queensland and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. Her experience and commitment to quality HR practices is recognised by her professional membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Jennifer is also accredited in:
